Daily Insight: Those With Ideas Excel

I went to Onitsha yesterday to buy materials I need to produce Handmade cards.

I came down at Uga Junction and climbed the pedestrian bridge.

On that pedestrian bridge were different people; sick, invalid, crippled, etc begging for alms.

But a crippled man among them took broom and started sweeping the bridge.

His action attracted people passing through and they were giving him money, neglecting others.

I know that the man will leave there loaded while his fellow beggars will go empty handed.

That is the power of idea!

Idea transforms your world.

An idea can turn you from a borrow to a lender. It can change your world overnight.

When Mark dropped out of University, he conceived the idea of Facebook, he told friends and one declined.

What is the status of Mark today? The 4th richest man in the world.

Today, Facebook is rallying point of friends, families, companies, communities, churches and lots more.

Beloved, what idea is God giving your about business, job, entertainment, etc?

Don't take it for granted. 

Pray about it and God who gave you the idea will give you the means and ways to actualize it.

Remember that a journey of 1000 miles starts with a step

Daily Insight for Greatness: All you need is the right motivation

Yesterday, my sister, Francisca Omeni wrote, "Not all destiny helpers will give you cash. Some give words of encouragement, some direction, some contacts to make it. Be sensitive and wise."

Let me share my story a bit.

Between 2003 and 2008, I had so many surgeries including 2 transplant surgeries, a heart operations and over 300 dialysis sections.

Around June 2008, I woke up in Indian Hospital and was not hearing.

When I met my doctor, he said it was effect of antibiotics being administered to me and it will ease of with time.

Till date, it has not eased off. I became hard at hearing

When I eventually came back to Nigeria, it became a problem to me. I find it had to communicate easily. I no longer enjoy corporate worship.

This made me to start thinking why I am still alive. I queried God for preserving me with such problem.

Then one day, I was reading Robin Sharma's WHO WILL CRY WHEN YOU DIE and I came to the chapter on Sleep. He mentioned Thomas Edison and urged his readers to read Thomas Edison's biography.

I went to a book in my library - GREAT LIVES AND GREAT DEEDS and as I opened it, the story of Helen Keller caught my attention.

I started reading and I discovered that Helen Keller was born normal but at 18 months, after malaria, she became deaf, dumb and blind. But she later became a world figure.

When I got to that point, I paused and Holy Spirit said to me, "What can you say about this? You can still see, talk and hear a little. Why complain? Why choose death?"

I shameful knelt down and ask God to forgive.

Thereafter, God told me to start writing. It was that encounter that made me author of books including My Daily Covenant With God Devotional.

That encounter, made me a great writer and each time people read and comment, I feel satisfied.

Beloved, you need a word that will change your life. Just as my sister noted, you have to be sensitive and wise.

God can give you worlds while in transit, while in office or even market.

May He give you that word that will change your world.

Daily Insight for Greatness: You Can Weather The Storm

Billionaire Secrets posited that there are "some days, nothing seems to work. Everything against you. Nothing seems certain. Only frustration, tension and stress. Those are the days when you are learning your greatest lessons. Remember that you’ve gone through this before and you will go through it again. Just never quit."

This is actually true about the life we live.

There are days everything will be against you. All the move you made will be on the wrong side.

When you try to do things, you will find yourself making mistakes that ordinarily you wouldn't have made.

There are days that things will work against your from morning till even and may even cost you so much.

The list of such happenings are endless.

You may even want to give up so many thing with such a few hours.

You may want to cancel the appointment, the meeting and other engagements.

When such things happen and you meet with frustration, tension and stress, you should understand that they are part of lesson process you MUST go through in life to succeed.

You shouldn't quit because you have met with frustration!

You shouldn't quit because nothing worked for you that day!

Remember that quitting is never in the dictionary of winners. Quitting is never synonymous with legends and icons.

You have to stand firm, analyze the activities of those days and learn one or two lessons on why you failed and why things did work and the lessons will help you to move ahead and make landmark progress

It was never easy yesterday for those great men and women of today.

That it is not easy for you today does not mean that you can not succeed tomorrow.

Never say no and don't quit!

Your victory and success is around the corner.
